Terms + Conditions

When you place an order with us, we offer a design proof for your approval before we proceed with the final product. This allows you to review the design and ensure that all the details, such as spelling, fonts, and layout, are perfect. Please make sure to click on the "Yes" button located on your product page if you would like one.

We offer up to three design proofs, after which there will be a fee of $20 for each additional proof. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final product, and we are happy to work with you to make any necessary revisions within the given limit of proofs.

Returns

All our products are custom-made to order. As a result, we cannot offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed and paid for.
